i found the staff very helpful with directions to train connections. breakfast was very good on the day i had it. the bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed the clean room.
the surrounding area has more traffic than i prefer. it was still manageable.

The room had all I needed for a short stay. Staff were helpful providing directions to nearby transport. I found the free luggage lockers very useful upon check-out, allowing me to explore a little longer. The hotel offered good connections to the city center through the nearby Gesundbrunnen station.
The immediate neighborhood felt a little uninviting at night.

The Moxy Queen Room included sufficient space and modern lighting. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily, they also ensured the bed was neatly made. Air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

The hotel benefits from proximity to Gesundbrunnen station, this offers easy access to various parts of the city. A Turkish restaurant located near the hotel provided a convenient breakfast alternative. A viewing platform within walking distance offered nice sunset views.

inoperative dispenserunpleasant interaction
the soap dispenser in my room did not work. it was not empty, but it would not dispense soap. i informed the front desk, yet the problem persisted. i ended up buying my own soap. also, one interaction with housekeeping was unpleasant. a staff member yelled at me when i tried to communicate. this was very upsetting. the staff elevator was also out of service for a while, made the guest elevator overcrowded.
